Browse Real Listings
Search properties currently listed for sale on Zillow and StreetEasy. View photos, prices, and neighborhood details on the map.
Place Your Offer
Found a property you like? Place a pretend offer. You can offer up to 5x your current balance. The goal is to bid as low as possible while still beating the eventual sale price.
Wait for the Sale
When the property sells in real life, all pretend offers are automatically evaluated against the actual closing price.
Win & Earn
If your offer qualifies and is the lowest qualifying bid, you win! Earn pretend USD from competing bidders or a solo bonus.
How Winners Are Determined
Only offers placed before the real closing date are considered.
Only offers above the actual closing price qualify. You must bid higher than what the property actually sold for.
The lowest qualifying offer wins. Smart moguls find the sweet spot — just above the sale price.
Payout Rules
If there are multiple qualifying offers, the highest losing bidder pays the difference between their offer and the winner's offer to the winner.
If the winner is the only qualifier, they receive a 5% solo bonus on their offer amount.
Example
A property sells for $1,000,000. Three players bid: $1,010,000 (Player A), $1,030,000 (Player B), and $1,150,000 (Player C). Player A wins with the lowest qualifying bid. Player C (highest loser) pays $1,150,000 - $1,010,000 = $140,000 to Player A.
